PAY & INSURANCE

0-30 days:

Students coming out of driving school earn $50/day flat pay when assigned to a tractor.*

1-2 months:

$.22 per mile
|

3-5 months:
|
$.24 per mile
|

6-11 months:
|
$.33 per mile
|

12-17 months:
|
$.34 per mile
|
All miles are split miles paid.
*”Assigned to a tractor” means: 1. Operations has assigned the driver to a tractor; 2. A lead driver has been assigned to the driver; and 3. It is Operations intention to place the driver in the tractor the day he/she is assigned.
- Co-drivers earn up to $.43 per mile. Lead drivers earn up to $.49 per mile.
- All drivers are paid twice weekly.
