We’ll start you off with a four-day driver orientation program at one of our orientation locations in Cedar Rapids, IA; Oklahoma City, OK; Jacksonville, FL or Riverside, CA.
Prove your knowledge and suitability via written tests, physical tests, and a road test.

Hit the ground running with a co-driver or lead driver to solidify your transition to the CRST team.
If you and your teammate are experienced, you will each qualify for $1,500 sign-on bonus to welcome you to CRST.
CRST can help pair you with a co-driver in your area and get you both started. We can even help if things aren't a great fit.
Earn more by helping new truck school graduates as their lead driver/trainer. No matter your past driving specialty, we welcome experienced, professional drivers who want to boost earnings, while also helping prepare the next generation of drivers to be safe, smart and succeed on the road.
CRST will sponsor your spouse, friend, or anyone you would be comfortable teaming up with, and train them to earn their CDL. You then train them on the road in one of our trucks. You get a reliable partner, they fast-track their certification, and you both jump up your earnings.
